4.1 We ship orders to the address specified at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4.2 Semi Aquatics is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Return and exchange requests must comply with our published Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Products returned without prior authorization or in non-original condition may be rejected.
